Common Problem Solutions

- Screen Display "No Signal":

  • If your laptop USB-C port is "USB SS", it means only power, no video signal output, you have to connect another HDMI cable to provide video signal to it.
  • If you only want to use 2 Type-C cables to connect two screens, please make sure that all your Type-C ports (Full-funtion C ports) support video signal transmission. You can check out your laptop ports firstly.
  • If you use HDMI to support video transmission, please connect USB-C to USB-A to ensure power supply to the laptop.

-One screen not light up after connecting the cable.

  • Note: The following laptops are not compatible with triple-screen and therefore only support one screen at a time: Macbook Pro (2012 and earlier); Macbook Air (2017 and earlier); M1 Chip Macbook.
  • It may be that the computer's voltage is insufficient, and one screen may not light up properly. You can try using an adapter or an extra USB cable to power the screen.
  • Some notebooks (such as Macbook) have two TYPE-C ports, but functionally only one C port (power and video combination) can output signals. So only one screen can be displayed. You can power up another monitor screen by extending the USB-A and HDMI ports via a hub and connecting them at the same time.
